The coffee machine in the room was out of order.

During my stay, the reception staff was quite abrasive, which made me feel unwelcome. the room, although spacious, had dated elements like the bathroom and frayed towels that shouldn't be present at this price point. I also had issues with the coffee machine, which didn't work, and when I raised this at checkout, the staff appeared disinterested in helping resolve the matter.

Staff were friendly and accommodating, particularly at the reception. The location is perfect for exploring the beautiful North Yorkshire coastline, providing a great atmosphere for relaxation after a long day of work.

The breakfast served was abundant and delicious, with a variety of choices that catered to everyone's taste. the room did become quite warm at night, and a bit more air conditioning would greatly enhance the comfort.

Just had an amazing two-night getaway with friends. The hotel is a perfect spot for both adventure and relaxation. We loved hiking at Roseberry Topping and enjoying the beautiful countryside views. The breakfast was fantastic with a wide range of choices. The comfy rooms and friendly staff really made our stay special. Definitely recommend the comfortable lounge for evening drinks.
